Guided by Enterprise Design Thinking, I define outcomes with the planners, technicians and supervisors who live in the system, and keep them involved through playbacks.

Out-of-the-box first. Every change is weighed against upgrade cost, so the next MAS release is a step forward, not a rebuild.

Test, then promote

Changes are tested in non-production and approved before moving to Production. Status stays visible, and nothing moves without sign-off.
